Miklós Illéssy is senior research fellow at Institute of Sociology at the Centre for Social Sciences (Budapest), and co-director of the Research Centre on Innovation and Society within the Centre. He has been involved in many international comparative research projects in the past 20 years financed such European funds as FP5, FP6 and H2020. His research interests are primarily focused on organisational and technological innovation, technological change and its interplay with employment and management practices, labour relations, job quality and skill needs.
